Director, Enrolled Nurse
Ursula is an enrolled nurse and a dedicated professional at Jade Plan Management, bringing over a decade of experience in the Aged Care and Disability industry.
Her journey into the NDIS and disability services began in 2012, following a shift from a corporate desk job to a role where she could make a tangible difference. Ursula transitioned into community disability and aged care, starting as support staff before advancing to a team leader, demonstrating her commitment and leadership skills. In 2018, she joined Carers QLD as a Local Area Coordinator, where she gained invaluable insight into the NDIS system, helping participants understand and optimise their budgets. Ursula also earned her nursing diploma in 2021, further solidifying her expertise and dedication to providing top-notch care.
At Jade Plan Management, Ursula thrives in her role, motivated by the autonomy it provides and the satisfaction of supporting participants and ensuring their providers are paid promptly. Her goal is to leave a positive impression as a patient listener and a reliable partner, prioritising the needs of clients above all.
As part of a family-run business with her husband and two adult daughters, Ursula cherishes the personal touch this brings to their services. Outside of work, she enjoys music, dancing, trivia nights, and focusing on her health and fitness, bringing a well-rounded and enthusiastic approach to everything she does.
Scott Giles
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Scott is a seasoned company accountant with over 35 years of experience in accounting and administration across diverse industries, including community services, information technology, real estate, construction, consulting, and civil engineering.
At Jade Plan Management, Scott applies his expertise to support NDIS participants by ensuring efficient financial management and administrative processes. His proficiency in budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls is instrumental in helping participants maximise their NDIS plans while maintaining financial transparency and accountability.
Scott’s experience in team management and business administration allows him to lead projects and collaborate effectively with colleagues, ensuring that the needs of participants are met promptly and accurately. His skills in HR management and administration also contribute to maintaining a cohesive and supportive team environment.
With a strong focus on optimising financial outcomes for NDIS participants, Scott is committed to using his extensive knowledge to enhance the services provided by Jade Plan Management.
