Can New Zealand Citizens Access the NDIS
New Zealanders can access the NDIS under certain circumstances. For
2021 festive season is here! The following dates set as official public holidays: Saturday 25 December 2021 – Tuesday 28 December 2021, and Monday 3 January 2022. Jade Plan Management will be closed on these dates.
Jade Plan Management will open on Wednesday 29 December 2021 – Friday 31 December 2021 to process invoices received. All calls and email enquiries made during this time will be answered on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
NDIS offices close 4:30 pm Friday 24 December 2021 and re-open 9 am Tuesday 4 January 2022.
The NDIS Contact Centre will stay open from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, including public holidays. Phone: 1800 800 110.
The NDIS advised that all provider payment requests submitted:
- on 24 December – payment will be received from 29 December
- between 25 and 29 December – payment will be received from 30 December
- on 30 December – payment will be received from 31 December
- on 31 December – payment will be received from 4 January
- between 1 January and 4 January – payment will be received from 5 January.
